Why ‘doughnuts and sugar’ are so good for you and your health

It’s not the first time that scientists have suggested that eating a bagel or a muffin or even a doughnut can help you lose weight.

So how did we get to the point where we have this idea that eating these foods will keep you from getting fat?

That’s the question we’re going to look at today.

Doughnuts, for instance, have been shown to have the following health benefits: • It raises the immune system • It helps keep the colon clean • It has been linked to weight loss • It is good for the digestive tract and the heart • It can help prevent and treat colon cancer.

We can’t stop eating them, but we can help reduce the risk of becoming overweight.

But while it’s tempting to try these foods for themselves, there’s one important caveat.

These foods contain a variety of unhealthy ingredients that are often found in processed foods.

A lot of the sugar in them comes from corn, wheat and other grains.

So if you’re worried about these foods causing weight gain, don’t put them in your mouth.

Instead, drink lots of water or take a vitamin.

There’s no need to avoid sweets because you already know that they contain sugars and saturated fat, which can raise your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

If you’re interested in how sugar and fat are linked, we’ve compiled a handy infographic that explains the whole process.

It’s easy to make your own doughnuts, but there are many things you can do to make them healthier, too.

Here are a few tips to help you get started.

Make your own bread: A lot of doughnuts are made with a mixture of wheat flour and cornmeal, which is naturally gluten-free.

But if you want to make it gluten- and fat-free, you can use a combination of gluten-containing flour and rice flour.

For example, a mix of gluten and white rice flour would be a good choice.

You could also substitute brown rice flour for gluten-based flour.

It doesn’t have to be the same kind of flour, either.

A mix of brown rice and soy flour is a good option.

Try making your own vegan version of the doughnut dough: You could use an all-purpose flour, which uses a mixture to make the dough.

You can also use a mixture that uses the soy protein isolate, which provides protein without any of the gluten.

The dough can be rolled into balls, or you can put the dough in a large bowl and place a lid on top.

The resulting doughnut should look like a doughball.

You might want to cook it a little longer, or at least add a bit of liquid to make sure it doesn’t stick to the sides of the bowl.
